We prioritize the swift processing of your order. Products available in our inventory are typically dispatched within 3-4 business days. Should there be any delay due to back-ordered items, custom orders, or any unforeseen delays, we will promptly communicate with you. Certain orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturer, potentially affecting the shipping timeline.
For security measures and to validate your credit card, we initially place a temporary pre-authorization on your card. Actual billing occurs once your items are dispatched or collected. To ensure security and efficiency, deliveries are made to the credit card's registered billing address. Please confirm your address details before finalizing your order to facilitate a smooth delivery process.
The final amount at checkout does not cover shipping expenses. These costs are calculated at the time of shipping, based on FedEx ground service rates to your specified location. All items are fully insured by the carrier. OrdersĀ over $500 in value require signature upon delivery for added security. Bulky or heavy items might be sent via truck freight, in which case we will reach out to you directly.

Refunds or store credits apply only to parts and do not cover shipping or other fees. Returned items must be in their original packaging, with all included parts, undamaged and uninstalled, preserving their new condition. All returns must be shipped back prepaid and insured. We suggest using FedEx/UPS ground services, insuring the package for its retail value. For optimal protection, ship the original package within a larger box with added padding. Damages incurred during return shipping render the items non-returnable. Please note, certain items such as mounted wheels and tires, fiberglass components, special orders, electrical items, and clearance products are non-returnable.
